Practice Nurses

chdOur Practice Nurses hold regular clinics for Asthma, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease and Hypertension.  The Practice is keen to ensure that you have access to the advice and treatments to maintain good health.  Regular check ups for these conditions can improve your health so it is important for patients in these categories to see the Nurse at least every 12 months or more often if you need more advice.  Please do your best to keep your appointments.

The Nurses’ duties also include travel injections, cervical smears and contraceptive advice.  They are available to see patients by appointment only. Please note: Some travel vaccinations will incur a fee.  Occupational vaccination will be invoiced prior to the vaccination programme commencing.
